Sarah Madsen is an Atlanta-based author and game designer. She’s written prolifically for many TTRPGs, including Keys from the Golden Vault and Candlekeep Mysteries from Wizards of the Coast, Itza’s Guide to Dragonbonding and Elyse’s Guide to Magic from Draco Studio’s, The Citadel of the Unseen Sun and Pirates of the Aethereal Expanse from Ghostfire Games, Flee, Mortals! and Where Evil Lives from MCDM, a plethora of books from Kobold Press, including their new Tales of the Valiant system, and several projects from Cubicle 7, including the Warhammer: Age of Sigmar: Soulbound Starter Set.

She also writes fiction, and her cyberpunky urban fantasy novel, Weaver’s Folly, is available now wherever books are sold. She is a member of SFWA.

Additionally, she’s a writer on the indie video game The Necromancer’s Tale, a story-rich gothic RPG (wishlist it on Steam now!).
